Premium refunds resulting from cancellation of any insurance coverage purchased through Navigator Truck Insurance Agency will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, and in accordance with standard insurance industry regulated practices. Please read all coverage documents carefully. Some policies may contain an Earned Premium Endorsement specifying that premium is earned at coverage inception and, therefore, no premium refund will be due upon cancellation.

Agency Allocated Expense refunds are governed by compliance with Michigan Insurance Code, MCLA 500.1236. When Navigator Truck Insurance Agency provides insurance services for insurance coverage purchased through Navigator Truck Insurance Agency, the nature of the service being provided include; the preparation of policy change requests, certificates of insurance, policy endorsements, State and Federal compliance filings, claim liaison, safety service liaison, and support on technical matters as they relate to the purchased insurance programs. In the event that the insurance purchased through Navigator Truck Insurance Agency is cancelled, Agency Allocated Expense fees are nonrefundable.
