Join us for a wild adventure at John Ball Zoo. We will meet at 2 o clock. Check the map for the navigator tent location where we will spend a few minutes gathered as a group.

Agenda:

2:00 – Gather at the grove

2:30 – Explore the zoo

4:30 – 6:00 – Join us for dinner anytime between 4:30 and 6:00 at the food tent

Information for travel and expenses was sent to out of town
team members in early April. Please refer to the email for more details.

Here are a few things to note:

1. Meals:
   
   1. Navigator will provide breakfast, lunch and snacks for all team members on Thursday and Friday.
   2. Families are welcomed and encouraged to attend our family event on Friday afternoon, which will include dinner.
2. Lodging:
   
   1. You are welcome to use your lodging stipend in a way that best suits your family. Navigator has a group rate at Springhill Suites in Grandville, MI. Rooms can be reserved for $109/night using this link. Note that the deadline for booking the room at the discounted rate is June 23, 2025.
   2. Complimentary breakfast is included in the stay at Springhill Suites.
3. Transportation:
   
   1. The transportation stipend for this event was calculated based on round-trip mileage from Jenison.
   2. You are welcome to use the stipend in a way that best suits your family.
4. Delivery of Stipend:
   
   1. Checks for stipends will be mailed from Jenison on or around June 1.
   2. If you book flights before that date, request a reimbursement from Becky. 
   3. The remaining portion of your travel stipend will then be paid to you via the check mailed on July 1.
5. Receipts:
   
   1. You do not need to turn in any receipts (unless you are asking to be reimbursed for a flight that you purchase before July 1).
6. Unable to attend?
   
   1. If you are unable to attend the Headway Summit, please let Becky Brown know by May 25th.
