Our Story

2002

The Beginning

Navigator Truck Insurance Agency was established to serve the insurance needs of the trucking industry. The agency began with humble surroundings in a 12×12 office with a desk, a phone, “and a whole lot of silence,” quips President, Jeff Moss.

2003

Growth

Navigator hired its first team member. The next several years were filled with new talent, excitement for the future and typical growing pains. New client relationships brought more opportunities to be able to support additional team members and their families.

2012

Expansion

After expanding into several adjacent offices to accommodate growth, we outgrew our office space and moved to our current location at 529 Baldwin. The new location brought opportunities to better collaborate with each other and our clients.

2017 & 2019

Continued Growth

In an effort to better serve the trucking industry, we expanded our footprint by opening offices in Minnesota and Ohio.

Today
