The Client Service Associate welcomes everyone with a smile, and brings a spirit of hospitality with a heart to serve! He or she works with other team members to build strong relationships by providing outstanding service. The Client Service Associate embraces responsibility and stewardship of agency resources.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors and team members
  • Keeps an eye on overall appearance and cleanliness of facility
  • Receives phone calls and emails from clients, insurance companies, and vendors
  • Handles client requests or directs them to the appropriate team member
  • Assists clients with learning and navigating client portal
  • Prepares certificates of insurance
  • Manages daily mail
  • Supports team meetings
  • Inventories office supplies and equipment and places orders as needed
  • Coordinates travel
  • Manages calendars
  • Schedules and supports new team member onboarding
  • Prepares welcome packages and client gifts

Additional Responsibilities

  • Facilitates special projects
  • Documents expenses
  • Performs other duties as requested

Skills & Competencies

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multiple tasking environment
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Humble, Hungry, and Smart

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, machinery, etc.
  • Extended viewing of computer monitor.
  • Extensive use of telephone.
  • Travel for client meetings, prospecting activities, insurance company meetings and training.
